‘Vomit of the Monster’

–‘Distorted, deformed, displaced…’ we are monsters in this monstrous world, like the distorted sound effects in a synthesizer.’

The truth, beauty, kindness and the virtue we should have naturally acquired since birth—are shaken day and night by the wars in 'reality,' the inhumane massacres, the everyday injustices, and the ever-expanding human greed, making us weary and disillusioned.

I thought we were born as angels, but little did I know- perhaps humans are just born demons.

As the interplay illusion and reality in everyday life makes us exhausted, the image series aim to explore the contemporary human mentality across countless boundaries, wavering between truth and our own belief, and in the process of defining truth and choosing faith, we, like monsters, are gradually losing ourselves.
